how do I add postage to an envelope. I have stamps.com installed.

The steps I've been following are: tools>letters and mailing>envelopes and
labels>
add electronic postage. It prompts me that I need to intall electronic
postage software before I can use this feature. (I have stamps.com installed
which is suppose to be compatible.) It also prompts me to visit MS site to
find out more about electronic postage add-ins, but the site doesn't give me
any more information. Please HELP!!!!

I would check the stamps.com site for an FAQ and troubleshooting tips. If
they haven't put any effort into making sure you can use their program with
MS Word, they don't deserve your money.

Enter the address you want to mail to, add to document so it shows on the
screen, then click on the stamps.com icon on the top toolbar and it should
open the stamps.com program and their logo screen should appear. You will
have to adjust the address properties some, but it will work. Hope this helps
