How do I add my Stamps.com account into Word 2003

How do I associate my Stamps.com account with Word 2003 in order to print
postage on envelopes?
 
I looked at the Getting Started Guide on the Stamps.com website. Looks to me
like you need to click Tips & Tools in the stamps.com interface screen. It
says that page will give you info on using Word for printing postage.
