how do i add phrases to my dicitionary?

i am trying to add psychological phrases to my dictionary but run out of room
on the add word section. is there a way to add phrases?

Assuming you're using Microsoft Word or another part of Microsoft
Office, I suggest you try the microsoft.public.word.spelling.grammar
newsgroup. If you can't find this in the Microsoft web site, you can
search it and post to it via Google Groups or other newsgroup software.
