How do I add Norton Spam to my toolbar in Outlook

My computer recently crashed, and had to buy a new CPU. I am trying to set
up like I had it before, and on my toolbar in Outlook there was a box that
said X SPAM and then the message was sent to the Norton Spam folder. I can't
seem to reset this. As well, Telus is my home page, and I want to put Google
on the toolbar.
 
Reinstall Norton will probably do it.

I'm assuming Norton Internet Security 2005 or 2006 or Norton Antispam from
earlier.
 
open up Norton sroll to Anti spam and open its controls there is a box there
that says "integrate with outlook and outlook express" check that box and
reboot that will work if not re-install norton and try the same again
