How do I add Icons to email?

HOW THE HELL DO YA ADD ICONS TO(outlook express)EMAIL
WITHOUT THE RECIPENT HAVING TO OPEN THEM IN A SEPERATE
WINDOW???

Anyway, ask in a Outlook Express newsgroup, it's located
under Internet Technologies, etc...
