You need to do it page by page. there is no automatic process.
If it is the same link you want on each page, and depending on where you want it
placed on the page, shared borders may be the answer - you apply shared borders
to all pages, then put the hyperlink in the border. Shared borders is accessed
from Format > Shared Borders. Specify top, bottom, left, right and whether to
apply to "current page" or "all pages".
Or the Include Page component, except with this you still have to manually add it
to every page.
