how do I add colors that help you seperate appointments

I am looking for the program that allows you to add color to appointments to
seperate them . I have searched everywhere. Not sure of what it is called but
you can color an appointment so you tell the different like work blue and
school event green and so forth. WHere do I go

Assign it a color label.
 
Is this in Outlook or Windows Vista Calendar? If Vista's Calendar, then post to a forum that supports that program - it is not an Outlook question.

| Does vista allow color lables to be printed out when printing a
| monthly calendar- I can't seem to get it to work.
 
Sorry Milly,

It concerns Outlook 2007 rather then the Windows Vista calendar.
