Windows XP Pro is irrelevant. In Outlook, and when composing an e-mail,
use the View menu to add the Bcc field to the header area of the compose
window. If you are using Word as the e-mail editor, it might be under a
different menu in the template that gets loaded in Word for doing
e-mail.
