How do I add a tab to the Templates dialog box for company templa.

I want to have a tab in the General Templates dialog box in Word (XP Pro) so
other users can select company templates instead of going to Faxes or Memos
or Resumes etc. I have seen it done before but can't do it myself.

Add a folder to your template dir. New sub directories become tabs.
