How do I add a shortcut to Folder List

I am using Outlook 2000. I need to manage another person's calendar.
That's the only access I need; I do not need access to their Inbox, Tasks,
etc. I can go to Open Other User's Folder and open their calendar. What I
would like is to add their calendar to my Folder List (I do not use the
Outlook Bar).

I've done some searching but can't seem to come up with a solution.

On the Microsoft Knowledge Base, it states that the other person can send a
link in e-mail to their calendar but it doesn't explain how to do this.

Most of what I've found is that the other person has to give me access to
their mailbox and I don't need all that access.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
Debbie

Yes, the person should grant you rights to thier mailbox, but only needs to then give rights to view the calendar. So, the only folder you'll see beneath their mailbox is the calendar.

Thanks for your response. Do you know how to send a link in e-mail to a
calendar? If I receive such a link, can that be dragged into the Folder
List?

Debbie
