How do I add a new email sender to the address book in outlook?

I want to add a new email sender to my contact list and address book without
having to actually type in the info. In outlook express this was done via a
right click.

Open mail, put mouse to sender name and if you use 2003 Outlook, Smart Tag
comes -> use that. Or older versio, use right click --> add to contacts.
You can not add sender to contact list, only to contacts -folder.
