How do I add a common footer to each document in a file

xpprofessional. I have a large file that I need to add a the same footer to
each document. I wanted to know if there is a way to do this without going
into each document.
 
This is a Microsoft ACCESS newsgroup. You seem to be asking questions about
WORD documents, not ACCESS databases. A WORD group would probably make more
sense.
