How do I activate wizards in Access97 after "successful" installat

Help!

How do I activate wizards, e.g create table, create query, etc, in Access97?
This is after a "successful" installation. After opening a blank database,
when I click to launch any wizards, I get no action, not a single error
message either. The application simply doesn't respond.

I am looking for rapid development capabilities using the wizards first then
later getting in there and customize layouts - especially for reports and
queries. I already have the database designed and ready for implementation.

When you open the Toolbar toolbox, be sure the Wizard button (the wizard
wand) is selected .
