How do I activate the flip button in microsoft word

I am trying to create a mirror image but the flip button in the draw column
wont
respond to the instuctions in the help category!

The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for whatever version of the
Word program you are using. I would suggest you include your Windows
and Office version number in the message.
 
This is an Access newsgroup. not a Word newsgroup. Please post your
