How do I access the other sheets in my Excel worksheet

I have an Excel worsheet that has three sheets. I can only acces the first
sheet. The other two do not show at the bottom of the screen.
 
I went to format>sheet>unhide. The unhide is not highlighted and I cannot
click on it.
 
If the workbook is protected you cannot unhide hidden sheets, if indeed they are
hidden and not just deleted.

Tools>Protection>Unprotect workbook.
