I have installed word 2007 beta and the macros from word 2003 that I created
did not transfer. Is there any way that I can access those macros from word
2007? I have searched for "Normal.dot" and it was not found

Check your Macro Security level. Word 2007 will run pretty much anything
Word 2003 does. You may need to open your template and save it as a .docm.
But your toolbars will appear in the QAT.

Normal.dot is usually hidden, and in a hidden folder. Did you use the
"Advanced" search option to search hidden files and folders?
