how do i access the auto header/footer printed on the datasheet?

I am a computer applications teacher. I want my students to type their names
in the header/footer before printing out their datasheet. I noticed that
there is an automatic heading containing the name of the table and the date.
There's also an automatic footer containg the page number.
Is there anyway to access the header/footer area to type in the a name?
 
Sorry, no. Not when you print the DatasheetView of the Table / Query.

Perhaps you should teach your students to create Reports which are designed
for printing.
