How do i access my external hard drive

I have just purchased a firewire external hard drive.
Everything was ok until i used it on a different computer
and then tried it back on my pc. Now it says that i
cannot access this drive, it says. so and so drive
letter:\ is not accessible access is denied!!!I forgot to
mention i was also in Administration mode when i
formatted the drive. Anyone, please help solve this
problem.
 
You may need to reassign it a drive letter.

Right click on My Computer and select Manage. On the following screen,
select Disk Management.
