How do I access Auto Recovery

How do i access Auto Recovery so i can recover a document i now realise i
need?
Two weeks ago, word/office had a problem and shut down. Auto Recovery saved
severtal versions of 2 very important documents i'd been working on. I only
needed to save one of each document with the changes, so i only kept one
version of each.
Un fortunately one of the documents I saved had the correct name but the
contents was eaxactly the same as the other one i saved. Can i recover one
of the versions i disregarded what Auto save had saved????

The autorecover does not save your documents. It is an aid to document
recovery in the event of a crash. There is no autosave function in Word, but
