How do establish a "one way trust" relationship?

I have a Laptop running XP Pro that "belongs" to a domain A at work. I also have a home network (all machines run XP Home) with its own domain B that I'd like to connect the Laptop to for access to printer & file sharing. Reading previous threads on multiple domains, I keep seeing references to "trust relationships" as one way to do what I want

So how do I set up a one-way trust relationship where domain B trusts A (but A doesn't trust B)
Thanks for any help

Yes, but not necessary, really. This would be way overkill in my book.
Anyway, a trust can only be set up if there's some sort of communication
between domains, such as a site-to-site VPN from home to office, presuming
the office admins/policy would allow it.

If you just want access from the laptop to the home network, you can do this
in a command prompt:

net use x: \\servername\sharename /user:domainname\username

Or in Windows Explorer, map a drive using tools | map network drive, and
selecting "connect using a different user name".

Once authenticated, you can use a shared printer, etc., on the home domain.

Or you could go with third party addins such as MultiNetworkManager from
www.globesoft.com - I don't bother as I find it so easy using the
aforementioned methods and I like keeping things simple.

Hope this helps....
