How do duplicate e-mail messages arrive in Inbox?

you're replying and because you posted this as a new message rather than a
reply, we have no idea what you're talking about.

Do you have rules that might be copying the messages or might you be
downloading from multiple accounts.

When I went to Help, the list of alternative contained a microsoft compatible solution with lisence for one person, cost.. $24.00

How do I know? I do have a Yahoo and a gmail accounts but people do not send
e-mail to both (Except a few good ? ) friends. But then, I know about them.

And when I went for help with a question, one of the alternative was to
purchase a duplication remover with permit for one Cost: $24.00

And do you have anti virus scanning intergrated with Outlook?
If so uninstall the AV & retest, if OK reinstall AV *without* Outlook
intergration
