How dio I turn off ldap connection dialog box on outlook start up?

Since you didn't state your Outlook version, the following is for Outlook
2002/2003.

In Control Panel's Mail applet, click Show Profiles, select your mail
profile, then click Properties, then E-mail Accounts. Select the "View or
change existing directories or address books" radio button and click Next.
Select the LDAP service and click Remove, then Finish. Start Outlook and it
shouldn't complain any loonger.
