How decrypt and store encrypted messages received.?

I receve encrypted emails. Sure I can read them now with my Digital ID, my
keys, and the public keys of the sender. However, if I changed computers or
email addresses and removed or lost these essential items for decyphering
those emails, then I won't be able to read them.

Also, if I copied my Outlook PST to my notebook to read some mail, then I
won't be able to read those emails. I cannot bear to load the various devices
and keys on the notebook!

I have been advised to store these emails in decrypted form so that they
will always be readable. This makes good sense. The encryption and signing is
only needed for the dangerous journey through the Internet.

I know that I can save each encrypted email that I receive as a HTML file,
and am duly warned by Outlook that this will store a secure email. It would
be impractical to do this manually with each email. File attachments are not
included in the HTML file saved and would have to be saved separately. I took
a quick look at writing a Rule to automate the process of saving as a HTML
file and I think that it would require writing a "script".

If anyone can help me with ideas quick routines or rules to store these
encrypted emails in decrypted form, I would be grateful

Back up your certificate by exporting it. You can also transfer it to other
computers.

Your suggestion is a back stop if I can't find a way of storing the emails
in decrypted state.
