How creating a color listbox in a cell?

Hi,

Could someone help me on how I can create a color listbox in a cell ?
I woul like to have a listbox to select a color in a custom excel file.

How about 3 listboxes for Red, Green, Blue? Then use the
RGB function to display results of the selected trio in a
cell.
Geof.
