HOW change "Date Picture Taken"?

I had my digital camera on the wrong month. I uploaded the pictures to my
XP Pro machine.

How do I change the "Date Picture Taken" property of the picture files?

(I also have Photoshop CS, if XP can't do it.)

Umm, why should it? It's supposed to be an Operating system. Will
Photoshop let you change the photo info?
