How can you syncronize shared calendars to a pda

I'm using Outlook 2003 on an Exchange Sever, and my PDA is an iPaq hx2700
using Outlook 2002.

Any idea how I can sync the shared calendar our office uses to our PDAs?

Intellisync might be able to do that.
