How can you make VCDs and use MM2 for editing?

I would like to make VCDs or DVDs to send movies we have
already made using movie maker.

Is this possible?
 
It is possible, but you need some third-party DVD Authoring/Burning software
to do it. There's some info at www.papajohn.org that might be helpful.
