In prior versions of Outlook, I was able to email shortcuts to files which is
particularly useful when dealing with very large files (> 2M). How can this
be done in the latest version?

E-mailing a shortcut to a file will not help the receiver unless that
file has the same path from their computer as it does from yours. Possible,
but not likely.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

This is an Access Forum, not an Outlook Forum. Ask your question in an
Outlook Forum, they should be able to help you there. Let them know if
you're getting an error message or if the recipient is getting an error
message and what that message is. Sorry...
