Do a search for what_ever_your_template_is_called.pot when found right click
and select delete.

If I do a search for what_ever_my_template_is_called.pot and when found right
click and select delete, won't that delete it from my stored ppts also? I
just want to delete it from the design template list. And you did mean ppt
not pot, right?

No, I meant .POT which is how PowerPoint stores template files, and no it
won't delete it from your already created .PPT files
