How can you access database without Access on your machine?

I created a database and posted it on the local server. Not everyone in my
office has Access on their machines. Is there a way they can access the
database without installing Access?

They can Access the database using Excel.

Using Excel, all they will be able to do is access the data,
not the forms or reports.
