How can we minimize the accidental ability to delete a contact?

The delete button is right next to the "save & close" button, and it does NOT
confirm the command.

As far as I know BCM itself has no way to do this. If you have access to
someone who can code in Visual Studio using the Visual Studio Tools for
Office they can quite easily write you an add-in that will stop this from
happening. If not, unfortuantely I think you may be out of luck.

Scott's correct but the danger is minimized because BCM doesn't completely
delete the record. Go into the Deleted Items folder under BCM (on the left
nav bar), find the deleted contact, and drag it back into the Business
Contacts folder.
