How can security group membership be added to Group Policy for OU

I would like to have a security group (or groups) be added to "Member of"
for anyone that is dropped into a specific OU.

Is this available in group policy?

Can this be done? And, if so, how?

This is not available within a group policy you need to use a provisioning
system or a customized script to do this.
