How can my co-workers and I (6 people) click into one shared cale.

In my office we would benefit by being able to log into a space with a
calander that everyone can view and also add upcoming meetings.
Is this possibe and if so how do we proceed?

what Outlook version?
Are you using Exchange Server or not?
