How can label the equation correctly?

I want to put caption of equation at the right side of the Equation, how can
I do it, becuase we can only put the caption either on above or blow? Is
there any other options to put lable to equation? Thanks!

Note that the article still applies, even if you are using a more
recent version of Word (but note that Insert | Caption has been
replaced with Insert | Reference | Caption in Word 2002/2003).
