Turn on Arabic language support in Start > Control Panel > Regional &
Language Options > Keyboards &Language > Change Keyboards > Add.

After you OK everything, you will have "EN" and "AR" in a popup menu
at the lwer right. Choose AR and start typing.

To switch between English and Arabic, type LeftAlt+Shift.
