How can i watermark each individual label i've created in word?

Hi There,

Can anyone help me? I have created labels by using the letters and mailings
then the Envelopes and letters option in the tools tab and i would like to
water mark each label with a picture. When i add a watermark it covers the
entire page.
Any help will be much appreciated!
