How can I view my contact management from any computer?

My contact management is on OUTLOOK. I do not have a laptop. My contact
management info is on the office desktop. How can I make the contact
management database be web based so I can view it from home, for the client's
office...from anywhere? Thank you!

This is not a Word issue. I am not sure that it is possible, but the place
