How can I view Bcc contact info on an old email message that I sen

I need to review who was included on this email message but when I open it
the Bcc contact info is gone. I am sure that I had a bunch of contacts
listed...thanks in advance for any assistance.

Add the BCC field to the Sent folder view or hit actions, resend.

In the Sent Items folder (or wherever you saved a copy of the sent
e-mail), open the e-mail in its own window (i.e., double-click on it).
The Bcc field is then available.
