How can I use my squirrl mail account with MS Outlook?

Please help. I cannot figure out how to use my squirrel Mail Account with MS
Outlook.

This is information you'll have to get from your [company, ISP]'s IT
department. You need to get the mail settings from them.

Outlook cannot be used with most webmail. Use your browser instead.

The thing about squirrel mail is that is is just a webmail client. If the
company or ISP has it, it probably also has a protocol for Outlook access.
For example, my company uses squirrel mail. However, I access my email
through IMAP settings in Outlook (although they could have activated a POP3
method, as well.)
