How can I use access for online surveys?

Does anyone know a good source of information for how to use Access to
collect information from a website?

It's built on an Access database and uses Classic ASP to
navigate from question to question. I did this for fun, and
there are bugs in the navigation, but you get the idea. If it
would be of help, I'll send you the source code but it's just
for fun and comes with no implied support. :-)
