How can I unprotect an Access project?

I am trying to save an Access database to cd, and then make changes to it
from the cd. Is this possible?

It may be possible with a rewriteable CD, but I doubt most software will
accommodate it. You'll have better luck using a USB flash drive like this
one:

That one's very fast and can be written to and read from at almost hard
drive speeds.
