How can i unlock my documents?

I went in to try and fix a document and it is locked. I don't know how it
suddenly got locked, I'm the ony one that uses this computer. And when I went
to just start new, I can't even start a new document, because that is locked
too. So what can I do to unlock it?

This is an Access newsgroup. We help people build databases in Microsoft
Access. Please ask in an appropriate newsgroup. Outlook, is part of
Microsoft Office. Do you have Office?

Note that you may want to explain what "locked" means. What error do you
get?
