How can I tweek WinExplorer's file name sort order?

Windows XP Explorer displays files in a strange order when attempting
to sort the list by name. In previous OS versions, Explorer would
list files this way:

filename 01.txt
filename 011.txt
filename 012.txt
filename 02.txt
filename 021.txt

But in XP, Explorer now displays the list as:

filename 01.txt
filename 02.txt
filename 011.txt
filename 012.txt
filename 021.txt

Can Explorer be tweaked to sort the file names in the previous way?

Use TweakUI

TweakUI
[+] Explorer
Use intuitive filename sorting

[[If this is checked the Explorer will sort files so that, for e.g. “File 5”
comes before “File 10” because 5 comes before 10. If this is unchecked then
Explorer will use literal sorting, in which case “File 10” will come before
“File 5” because 1 comes before 5. ]]

It is now by default treating fields of consecutive digits as numbers,
and sorting on numeric value (after years of complaint that it didn't).
You can change with TweakUI - one of the XP Powertoys from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

Once installed you will find it in Start - All Programs - Powertoys for
Windows XP

Its Explorer page, uncheck 'Use intuitive file name sort'
