How can I turn list of URL's into hyperlinks with URLs as anchor?

I have a page with a list of thousands of URL's that I would like to turn
into a list of HYPERLINKED URL's without having to do one at a time.

Is there anyway to easily do this in FrontPage?

What format are the URLs in??

Post what one looks like in code view.
