how can i trust one DC to another DC?

hi
please help me
i trust on DC to another DC but my can not recognize another DC.
what can i do?
 
Are this Active Directory domains or NT4 domains. Most of the time the
problem lies in DNS server or WINS server, because each domain controller
can not resolve other domain host names.
