How can I transfer email distribution lists from Edora to Outlook.

I have email distribution lists of thousands of email accounts so I can't
transfer them into Outlook individually. Can anyone tell me how to move them
en masse from Edora to Outlook?

Import from Eudora with Outlook Express and then export from OE to Outlook.
