another one.

(there is no active directory in our network)

Hi jin!

You can search the web for a plethora of migration tools, one of which
we use is the Altiris Migration Tool and have good success in transfers
when migrating from Windows NT and 2000 to XP.

Windows XP itself has its own built-in profile tool to allow you to
transfer from one XP machine to another.
