How can I tell if a Windows 2000 system is at Service Pack 4 level?

If I run Windows Update, Service Pack 4 does not appear among the list
of updates already installed. But it does not prompt me to install it,
either, so I infer that SP4 may have been installed by another means,
e.g. running W2KSP4_EN.EXE. How can I be sure?
