how can I tell if i have been BCc?

I am having an issue with BCc. I need to knwo how I can tell if an email was
sent to me as a BCc and how can I prove the person sent this to me?
 
How to tell-> you are not in CC or To
"Prove"-> that person is in the From line

Analyzing the message header tells you the route from the sender to
receiver.

Per Roady's suggestion you can verify who sent the E-mail however "BCC" is
exactly that e.g. "bind".
