How can I synchronize my email account?

There is an error synchronizing your mail account.
Please verify your account has been configured correctly
by first accessing your mail on the web. Server:

'Client is requesting a deprecated version of the service.
User should upgrade to the newest version of the client',

You're actually in the wrong forum, but I can help you with that.
The reason you are getting that error message is because you
are using an obsolete client (Windows Live Mail Desktop) that
was superseded by Windows Live Mail on May 30th.
Download WLM and it will upgrade your WLMd:
http://get.live.com/en-us/betas/maildesktop_betas
